The slide buckles on top are used to quickly adjust the product for a perfect fit. Sensitive young skin around the wrist is protected by a soft flannel lining that is inside the vinyl wrist cuff. The neck pad has a tubular shape so it won't rub or irritate delicate skin. The Wheaton Pediatric Collar & Cuff is a one size fits all design that can be used on both right and left arms. Any additional strap length can easily be trimmed if needed.
