The rachet-style buckles allow for easy fitting and fine tune adjustments for enhancing support. Color-coded straps and breathable padding with Össur Sensil® Silicone are specially designed to improve suspension and ensure a secure fit. The Unloader One knee brace provides greater comfort and patient compliance.

New: SmartDosing, powered by Boa®Technology, provides patients with a simplified, single-hand dosing dial for on-the-fly adjustability of the dual Dynamic Force Straps (DFS), helping them better manage their unicompartmental OA knee pain. And, by utilizing the new SmartDosing dial, users can easily adjust the dual DFS tension right through their clothes.

Which Unloader One OTS Version Is Right For Me?

You should choose the Medial type to treat a bowlegged (varus) look caused by medial compartment osteoarthritis, and you should choose a Lateral type to treat knock knees (valgus) look caused by lateral compartment osteoarthritis. The Standard length = 15.5", Fits 5"3" and taller. Short length = 14.5", Fits 5'2" and shorter.
