The high density foam pillow fits individuals from 5'6" to 6'8" tall and secures the legs properly with comfortable foam straps that velcro to the top and bottom for easy application. The universal abduction pillow comes standard with a washable cloth cover which keeps the product cleaner with long term use. The cover's added value separates this product from others in the marketplace - not many, if any come with a cover today. It maintains your legs in a slightly abducted position in accordance with maintaining proper hip precautions while in bed, and is used by hospitals, rehab centers, and home health agencies across the country.
