Medi Achimed ankle brace is an anatomically tailored Achilles tendon support with integrated silicone support cushion; includes heel wedges to reduce strain on the tendon.
The Medi Achimed Ankle Brace is a knit achilles tendon support that helps relieve tension and pain caused by inflammation to the Achilles tendon, tendonitis, bursitis, post-trauma, and recovery after surgery. The compressive knitted fabric with silicone insert exert a massage effect and promotes the healing process.
Two heel wedges come with the Achimed achilles tendon ankle brace to raise the heel to take stress off of the affected area. As symptoms improve they can be removed to lower the heel back down to a normal position. When the product is pulled up into the proper position, the Achimed positions the tendon right in the recess of the silicone insert for proper pain relief.
