The McDavid 6440 hexpad design is made from nylon/spandex sleeve with a dense grid pattern that is designed to be flexible and conform around large knees, as well as, tight small elbow joints. The hexagonal pad design absorbs blows and prevents against scrapes and abrasions. The McDavid HEX knee pads are ideal for sports and work activities and is made in the U.S. under very high quality control standards. This model is available in a number of sizes to fit every size individual for a customized fit.
