Short Description
Donjoy UltraSling III ER arm sling provides effective immobilization in external rotation. 15 and 30 degree wedges offered. Easy to apply shoulder and waist straps.
The Donjoy UltraSling III ER provides immobilization in external rotation for initial anterior glenohumeral dislocation/subluxation, capsular shifts, use after posterior shoulder repair, post-operative Bankart procedures, soft tissue strains/repairs, post-operative positioning after the release of severe anterior capsule contracture and adhesive capsulitis release/manipulation. This premium arm sling is designed to place your shoulder in 15 or 30 degrees of external rotation for recovery from shoulder injuries or surgical procedures where external rotation is needed. The product features vented holes throughout to provide maximum air circulation for patient comfort. It's right and left specific, and is available with either a 15 or 30-degree wedge for optimal shoulder positioning. The Ultrasling II ER uses velcro enabled waist and shoulder straps to secure the product in place at your side for optimal shoulder support. The bottom aspect of the immobilizer is made out of thermo-formed foam padding which provides increased durability with long periods of use. The UltraSling III ER is ideally suited for use after an initial shoulder dislocation and capsular tightening/labral procedures to regain shoulder stability.
