The Donjoy Telescoping IROM Post-Op Knee Brace with Shells features specially designed semi-rigid plastic shells for greater support and protection. The black, plastic shells are built into the brace and aid with capturing more thigh and lower leg soft tissue for enhanced protection. This higher level of support is especially helpful for recovery following knee procedures that can result in the knee buckling during ambulation. The Donjoy Telescoping IROM Post-Op Knee Brace with Shells features a full foam softgood liner for your thigh and lower leg, along with the IROM hinge with limits knee range of motion in 10-degree increments starting at -10 degrees. The telescoping struts on the sides towards the bottom allow the brace to be lengthened to fit everyone 5'6" and taller comfortably. The straps all feature quick-release buckles instead of velcro closures for easy fitting and adjusting.
