The Donjoy SERF Strap is a patellofemoral brace designed to alleviate patellofemoral pain caused by abnormal hip motion(s). The unique 3-point hip-leg anchor design alleviates patellofemoral pain caused by excessive hip internal rotation, adduction, and/or knee valgus. The Donjoy SERF patellofemoral strap may be used to control abnormal hip motion during leisure/sport activities or as a training exercise tool. It's lightweight and made from breathable Breath-O-Prene for comfort and easy concealing underneath clothing.
