Donjoy Lateral J Knee Brace

The Donjoy Lateral J Patella Knee Brace stabilizes the kneecap to prevent dislocations and alleviate pain. The patella tracker controls the kneecap using a flexible tubular buttress insert that runs alongside the knee, and provides support against lateral patellar subluxation, dislocations, or improper patellar tracking. The bifurcated tension strap direct forces medially providing inferior and lateral patella stabilization. Tracking is improved and stress on the underside of the kneecap is reduced with day-to-day activities like walking or climbing stairs. 

The brace features a unique patented nylon core/polyester Lycra fabric for comfort, and allows for improved airflow while still giving ample support and compression. The product has spiral stays on the sides to help it maintain its shape and not roll down during activity. It's available in standard Neoprene or breathable Drytex material for use in warmer climates.
