The Donjoy ELS Bilateral With/Without Shells is ideally suited to provide support in full knee extension for rheumatoid arthritis sufferers and patients with diabetic neuropathies. It has a short length compared to more traditional post-op models which help provide more comfort with daily activity or during exercise rehab. This Donjoy ELS model features removable extension bars which can reduce its overall bulk when removed entirely. The Donjoy ELS Bilateral With/Without Shells can be ordered with or without semi-rigid plastic shells - the shells provide extra support and soft tissue containment thus increasing the level of overall support provided by the product during ambulation.
