The Donjoy Drytex Wraparound Hinged Knee Brace simplifies fitting issues associated with traditional styled pull-up models. This product is designed to provide mild to moderate medial-lateral protection with sports and everyday activities. This model is made from Drytex, a neoprene alternative constructed out of a unique nylon/polyester Lycra fabric that allows for improved airflow. The fabric provides compression and support, yet breathes better compared to traditional neoprene styles. The Donjoy Drytex Wraparound Hinged Knee Brace is a great solution if you have allergies, skin sensitivities or live in warm weather climates. It features polycentric hinges that are designed to mimic the knee joint's natural motion which reduces brace slippage and bunching up behind the knee. The thigh strap and calf strap provide added compression and support to help it stay in place. The patella cutout provides increased comfort around the front of your knee. The wraparound design is a good choice for accommodating larger size people who might not fit inside a pull-up model as easily or for people with back pain that want to avoid bending over to fit their brace. It's available with a popliteal cutout where the material directly behind the knee is cutout in an oval to prevent bunching up behind the knee.
