The Donjoy De-Rotation Strap is an accessory for use with the Donjoy UltraSling III, AB, and ER products. The purpose of the derotation strap is to keep the patient's arm secure in a neutral position. The De-Rotation Strap hooks to the UltraSling II/III and prevents internal rotation of the shoulder allowing the patient's forearm to rotate inward toward the direction of their stomach.
