Donjoy Defiance III Brace Accessories, Pads/Liners, Covers, and replacement parts keep your custom knee brace performing like brand new. Each Defiance III has a brace ID# located down low on the inside portion (medial) of the frame on a small sticker just under where the 4, 5 strap connects to the frame. Call DJO at 800-336-6569 with your brace ID# or first and last name for them to look your brace up in their system to determine the correct size part /accessory that was originally installed. Part numbers are listed here as well for easy reference - you will need them as well. - Cotton/Lycra Undersleeve (11-0075-x-00000) - Full length, light and breathable. Proper size is automatically generated from the original measurement of your knee.
- Neoprene Undersleeve (11-0122-x-00000) - Full length, warmer for colder climates. Proper size is automatically generated from the cast mold of the knee.
- TruPull Advanced Attachment (11-1525-x) - Rubber patella stabilizing attachment for patello-femoral conditions. Proper size automatically generated from original measurement of your knee. Not available on Donjoy Defiance braces manufactured with either style of FourcePoint hinge.
- Full Extension Stop (11-0398-9-0000) - allows the brace to be locked in full extension.
- Slide Shield (11-0029-9-06000) - Hinge box cover; confirm with DJO as there are different styles of hinges.
- Pneumatic chamois liner (11-0388-0-00000) - Inflatable and covered with chamois material; becomes tacky with perspiration.
- Chamois liner (11-0177-0-00000) - Standard chamois liner (most popular) for thigh and leg.
- Chamois Strap pads (11-0757-x-00000). Small pads that attach to the straps; about the length of your ring finger.
- Black Lycra and Neoprene Undergarment to be worn under the brace, this is ideal as a barrier for sensitive skin as well as soft tissue containment.
- Sports Cover goes on over the outside of the brace for added protection.
