The DeRoyal DEWRAP Three Layer Compression System is a three-layer compression system that delivers sustained, graduated compression for lower extremities. Sustained, graduated compression is vitally important to improve the calf muscle pump function, and DEWRAP allows you to customize the level of compression by wrapping it figure 8 style (for 30-40mmHg) or spiral technique style (to achieve 20-30mmHg).

- Provides recommended level of compression (30-40mmHg) to improve calf pump function.
- Reduces venous hypertension and aids in healing venous ulcerations.
- Seven-day wear time.
- Three layers not made with natural rubber latex:
- Absorptive layer - Conformable, breathable, pads bony prominences and absorbent
- Elastic Layer - Comfortable and conformable, easy to apply; provides breathability and graduated pressure
- Cohesive layer - Self adhering to secure bandage system, providing graduated compression for seven-day wear time.
- Can be used with other primary or secondary dressings.

DeRoyal DEWRAP Three Layer Compression System may be used to treat:
- Swelling in the foot or leg.
- Lower extremity edema.
- Venous insufficiency.
- Venous leg ulcers.
NOTE: This product is contraindicated (should not be used) for the following conditions:
- Diabetic edema or ulcers.
- Swelling from congestive heart failure.
- Lymphedema that is cancer-related.
- Arterial insufficiency.
