The DeRoyal LMB Soft-Core Ulnar Deviation Splint is made with high-quality Wire-Foam construction for a customized fit. Fits in the palmar arch of the hand; Positioning splint treats ulnar drift caused by rheumatoid arthritis by supporting the metaphalangeal joints. It provides alignment for the phalanges and supports the palmar arch to improve finger function associated with this hand deformity of the fingers. Indications: Rheumatoid arthritis; Post MP joint arthroplasty

- Designed for MP joint (metacarpophalangeal joint) support and proximal phalanges alignment when indicated for ulnar drift
- Effective as MP stop splint to encourage PIP flexion
- Lightweight, easily adjustable
- Soft core design allows splint to be shaped to support the palmar arch and conform to the hand
