The Deroyal LMB Acu-Spring Finger Extension Assist 507 is a dynamic finger extension splint for treating PIP joint tightness, and flexion contractures. The Finger Extension Assist is designed for increasing PIP extension that is restricted by joint tightness or flexion contractures. The assist can be bent to accommodate mild swelling and it extends the MP joint slightly.
