The DeRoyal Dorsal Night Splint effectively holds the foot in a 90º neutral position for an effective passive stretch on the plantar fascia. The lightweight thermoplastic design includes neoprene straps for easy fitting and a plastic free bottom for sleeping comfort. The DeRoyal Dorsal Night Splint features a non-skid surface for enhanced traction when standing. The product is ideally suited for treating plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, and heel spurs.
