The DeRoyal DeROM Dynamic Ankle Splint is specifically designed to treat range of motion stiffness and soft tissue contractures of the ankle joint. It features a rear piston that applies a distraction force at the ankle joint to helps restore normal ankle motion. The DeRoyal DeROM ankle splint can be used to weight bear in and can be used during transfers or as part of a physical therapy rehabilitation program. The product is often used to treat Achilles tendon contractures to help normalize tendon length and function. The DeRoyal DeROM Dynamic Ankle Splint can be used on either ankle and is available in four sizes to fit every adult.
