The Breg Z-12 Adjustable OA Knee Brace is ideal for a patient with an active lifestyle who may need additional support from a dual-upright brace. This dual upright design features an adjustable condyle building up to an additional 12° of correction into the brace. The Z-12 is for a patient with an active lifestyle who may need additional support from a dual upright brace due to ligament instability. The adjustable condyle allows patients to make minor load adjustments by sliding the loading lever through seven settings. The Z-12 frame is made of magnesium – our lightest-weight OA brace.

Which Z-12 OA Adjustable Type Of Brace Is Right For Me?
You should choose the Medial type to treat a bowlegged (varus) look caused by medial compartment osteoarthritis, and you should choose a Lateral type to treat knock knees (valgus) look caused by lateral compartment osteoarthritis. The Standard length = 15.5", Fits 5"3" and taller. Short length = 14.5", Fits 5'2" and shorter.

The Breg Z-12 Adjustable OA may be used to treat:
- Mild to moderate unicompartmental OA; for medial or lateral OA
- Unicompartmental OA/meniscal instabilities with ligamentous injuries
Note: This brace is not recommended for individuals with an excessive soft tissue.
