Breg X2K High Performance is the brace for patients who need the ultimate in durability. Made of 2024 tempered aluminum for strength, the Breg X2K High Performance ideal for use in high-level contact sports as well as for large individuals with extreme varus bow legged deformities. The lightweight, low profile frame includes swiveling strap tabs to help keep it in place and internally mounted straps to provide a secure fit and reduce brace slippage during cutting and pivoting movements. The knee brace can be ordered with either standard or adjustable hinges for controlling range of motion.

Available Options:
- Hinge: choose "Standard" for a standard hinge (cannot control range of motion in the joint) or the Adjustable hinge to control both flexion/extension
