It limits movement in the thumb CMC and MP joints (that's your entire thumb), while allowing full use of the other fingers. Constructed with Bio Skin's patented Ultima 2s material, the BioSkin Wrist Thumb Spica features a thin layer of a micro-fleece material that provides a noticeable upgrade in total comfort.
