Aspen CTO provides high level cervical and thoracic motion restriction; MRI compatible.
The Aspen CTO combines a high level of motion restriction of the cervical and upper thoracic spine with a level of comfort that helps make it well tolerated by patients. Research has shown substantially progressive motion restriction in going from a stand-alone cervical collar to a two-post device and then on to a four-post orthosis. For these reasons, Aspen CTO system offers the greatest versatility available when dealing with cervical-thoracic problems in today’s cost-conscious healthcare environment.
The Aspen CTO brace provides the clinician with a versatile, modular spinal bracing product that can be taken from a 4 post style CTO, to a 2 post model, to a stand-alone collar based on the patient's findings. The device provides greater restriction of flexion at C3-4, C5-6 and C6-7 segments than compared to using just a collar. The product provides excellent motion restriction for traumatic injuries, pre-surgical candidates, and more.
