Aircast Heel Wedges are designed to work with all Aircast walker models.
The Aircast Heel Wedge are designed for use with Aircast walking braces. Each wedge easily inserts into the brace providing support and additional Achilles tendon surgery protection. The heel supports can be stacked on top of each other to achieve the necessary degree of heel rise required. For example, three heel wedges provides 22 degrees of heel raise; two heel wedges provide 16 degrees; one heel wedge provides 10 degrees of heel raise. The felt-covered heel wedges are specifically contoured for use with either the right or left foot, so be sure to choose the correct set required according to the side that is wearing the boot.
Aircast Heel Wedges Features:
- Provides protection for post achilles tendon repairs by raising the heel height inside the back of the boot
- Contoured specifically for the right and left arch
- Available in standard Small, Medium or Large; the wedges come in a set of 5. For XL boots, the wedges come in a set of 3
