The Plantar Fasciitis Ice Pack is designed to provide targeted cold under the arch and heel to provide relief from Plantar Fasciitis. This model contains two 6" x 4" gels which are housed in detachable sleeves that attach inside the wrap. They can be placed in any configuration to provide targeted pain relief. The plantar fasciitis ice pack is made of a latex-free wrap that holds the gels in place, and applies compression as well - the winning combination to reduce inflammation and reduce pain.
