RCAI Product Return Policy:

RCAI makes products that fit according to their size charts.  RCAI does not accept returns on merchandise that has had their sealed packaging opened.  Therefore, DME-Direct will not accept any returns on all RCAI items once their packaging has bee opened.  We strongly encourage customers to call DME-Direct customer support (877-721-7701) with all unanswered sizing questions before ordering online.  Once your order arrives, we recommend putting the body part next to the sealed package before opening the packaging to ascertain whether the product will be suitable for your condition.  Please call DME-Direct (877-721-7701) if you have any questions or comments on our RCAI product return policy.
